Kristine Wentworth | Founder
Kristine Wentworth is the Owner and Operator of OakNut Property Management LLC since September 2021, with over fifteen years of experience in the Property Management Industry. She excels in tenant relations, property care, and general maintenance. Previously, Kristine was a General Partner at The Wentworth Event Center for over fourteen years, refining her event management and client relations skills.
Kristine is also dedicated to community service. As a Past President of the Belfast Maine Rotary Club, she improved public relations and strategized for the future. On the Board of the Belfast Area Chamber of Commerce, she chaired the Bay Pro networking group for young professionals, organizing monthly events to foster connections and growth. Her commitment to excellence and community involvement underscores her influence in both property management and her local community.
Brooke Richards | Office Manager
Brooke is a dedicated and dynamic professional with a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology from the University of Massachusetts-Amherst, class of 2024. Brooke balanced rigorous athletic commitments with academic responsibilities, demonstrating exceptional leadership, teamwork, and time management skills while playing division 1 field hockey at UMass. Their contributions to the team were instrumental in achieving collective success. Brooke has extensive experience in property management as the Office Manager at Oaknut Property Management in Belfast, ME. Responsibilities included managing accounts payable for multiple companies, client interfacing, and collaborating closely with the company president to streamline operations.
